Wood Processing Equipment
Pendu serves pallet producers, sawmills, truss manufacturers, railroad tie producers, wood stake manufacturers, and industrial wood product operations with equipment built around real production conditions. Different inputs, different outputs, and different throughput targets, but the same expectation: the line has to run.
Pendu builds wood processing equipment for all of them, covering the full production sequence: cutting, sawing, shaping, notching, drilling, pointing, sorting, stacking, and the material handling that connects each station. Every machine is configured to the specific application, the material, and the line it's going into.
Why Pendu?
Decades of Engineering Experience
Pendu brings decades of hands-on equipment experience to every project, including long-standing wood processing knowledge and the added legacy of Cornell equipment. That experience shows up in the details: material flow, operator access, serviceability, line integration, and equipment built to keep running in real production conditions.
The Whole Line, One Source
Pendu builds for every station in the production sequence, including the material handling most competitors can't deliver. One source, one team accountable for the whole line.
Built to the Operation, Not the Catalog
Every machine is configured to your material, your line speed, and your floor layout. That's true whether you're adding one saw or commissioning a complete production system.
Built in Pennsylvania. Supported Locally.
Designed and built in New Holland, PA. Parts and service stay close, and the people who answer the phone know the equipment.

Every System Is Custom.
There is no one-size-fits-all production line at Pendu. A cutoff saw, stacker, notcher, or handling system may start from proven Pendu experience, but the final equipment is built around the customer’s material, layout, production target, and downstream requirements. Feed approach, controls, infeed, outfeed, operator access, footprint, and line integration all matter.
That mindset is not limited to one department. It is how Pendu has grown its product line for decades. Many of the machines we build today started with a customer bringing us a production challenge that did not have a standard answer: a notching requirement, a railroad tie process, a utility pole application, a custom stacking need, or a material handling problem between stations.
If your application is not listed here, that does not mean it is outside our range. Tell us what you are running, how your material moves, where the bottleneck is, and what you need the line to accomplish. We will help determine whether Pendu is the right fit and how the equipment should be built around your process.
