There is no standard configuration at Pendu. A material handling system built for one producer is not the same as the one built for the next. Staging capacity, transfer sequencing, controls integration, and the physical footprint on the floor are all engineered to the specific operation.

The application range Pendu covers today exists because customers brought production challenges that catalog equipment couldn't answer, and the answer was always yes. A producer needed heat-rated contact surfaces at the furnace. A steel operation needed one system to handle multiple material profiles through a single transfer sequence. A wood processing facility needed waste handling that could keep pace with production volume. Each one is running somewhere today.
