Our manual and CNC machining equipment handles individual parts, short runs, and full production runs with quick turnaround. Our equipment, paired with our floor space, allows us to accommodate large-scale structural work.

Whether the job calls for structural weldments, one-off components, or high-volume runs, we run MIG, TIG, flux-core, power wave, and turbo-pulsed robotic welding in-house. The right process for your material, your specifications, and your timeline.

Pendu's Machine Shop handles full builds in-house, including but not limited to motor controls, automation, wiring, and hydraulic plumbing. Our 45,000 sq. ft. shop within our 83,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with overhead cranes up to 15 tons. Every finished assembly is tested before it leaves the floor.

Our control engineers build automation systems with in-house programming across PLC, HMI, SCADA, motion control, and database platforms. That programming depth extends to full-line integration, tying multiple machines into a single operator interface and connecting production data directly to your ERP or business systems.

Most control issues can be resolved remotely, often the same day. When the situation calls for hands on the machine, we’ll come to you.
