Features

Capable of handling material up to 8″ high X 12″ wide, the Pendu Model 5400 Band Saw can be operated as a single unit or as part of a multi-head system. The top-powered feed system, in conjunction with the heavy-duty, hardened-steel 8′ table top convey or provides a positive feed both into and away from the blade. The system is hydraulically powered for a smooth, consistent feed at variable speeds. A 2″-wide Lennox band, tensioned by a pneumatic regulator, incorporates a unique outboard bearing design for the arbor shaft, resulting in a more stable platform for the drive wheels. Optional equipment includes a ProScale Digital readout with motorized up and down height adjustment.
