The Pendu Rafter Notcher is one of many custom products manufactured by Pendu for customers with a need for equipment to fit their specific manufacturing process and requirements.
Designed for cut accuracy and ease of operation, the operator simply enters the required rafters cut specifications with the use of the touchscreen. The operator then manually moves material into positions against the fence and material stop. When completed the operator presses the double palm buttons to start the cutting cycle. Upon completion the finished material is ejected out the out-feed side of the machine. The machine utilizes the servo positioner and clamping mechanism along with the dual cutting heads for accurate and efficient material processing.
